Social Sharing Data
Overview
Social Sharing data handling enables you to analyze social shares from your users. This data is collected each time a user clicks on a share button when engaging with WP Reactions. This data is stored and filtered in your Analytics panel.
Data is collected from Global Activation and Shortcodes.
Data Handling
Social Share data is pulled from the action of a user clicking on a social button once it is revealed are inside of a pop-up depending on which layout you are using. Each time a user clicks on a reaction it is stored in the plugins database. Once the data is collected it is sorted in your analytics panel.
Social Shares Accumulated
This view shows total shares accumulated. This data is sorted by Global Activation and Shortcodes.
Social Share Clicks Historical View
This chart view shows a graph of historical social shares accumulated over time. This view can be filtered to customize your reporting.
Social Share Clicks Cumulative
The chart below shows the cumulative data broken down by social platform. This view can be filtered to a custom range by using the dropdown on the top left of the chart.
Social Share Clicks by User
This list view shows which Users are sharing your pages and posts and what platforms they are sharing on. This data is broken down per platform.
Reaction Counts by Page and Post
This is a breakdown of pages and posts that are being shared sorted by social platform.
