WP Reactions collects emotional data on your users. Each time a user clicks on a reaction to vote or give you feedback it registers and is accumulated and sorted in your Analytics Panel. This data helps you understand how your audience is reacting to your content and media.
Our Analytics Dashboard sorts your customers emotional feedback for you to analyze and use to improve your content. All data is sorted by user and can be viewed and filtered.
Social media shares are also collected each time a user clicks to share after their reaction. Social media sharing option will only collect data when it is activated.
How is Data Collected?
When your audience is reading your content or viewing your media, they will have a chance to react to show how they feel about it. With WP Reactions, your emojis are the fastest way for your audience to tell you how they feel.
Once an emoji is clicked, the data is sent to the database to be stored and filtered by user. This data can be analyzed in your Analytics panel.
There are 2 types of data collected. The primary data is for emotional feedback. The second set of data is for Social media shares.
